Nana Top Kay who used to be very close friends with actor Kwadwo Nkansah Lil win has finally reacted to the claims by Big Akwes that he is the reason that the actor is having a lot of problems with people in the movie industry.
The statement which didn’t go down well with Top Kay led to him entering the studio to release a diss song for the Kumawood actor.
Unlike many others who would have sent back some words of insult on social media, Top Kay decided to speak through his music as he revealed that Big Akwes would really suffer in life before he dies.
