According to the Ghana statistical service, anyone who earns below 792Ghc monthly is living below the poverty line, hence can be called poor.

Meanwhile National Service Personnel, and NABCO recruits earn less the quoted amount which in essence makes them poor, unless for those who have some side hustles that bring them some income at the end of the month.
