Reports Police NG has it that one of the hoodlums who hijacked the EndSARS protest in Edo and participated in the looting of a police station has been arrested for robbery.
The state police command nabbed the suspect, Sunday Effiong, on Monday, November 23, 2020.
The notorious armed robber was identified in a viral video where he was filmed leaving the Oba Market police station with an AK-47 rifle after he and his accomplices had raided the police station on October 19.
The police also added that the suspect then formed a robbery gang that has been terrorizing Benin city and environs.
