The Tamale University for Development Studies (UDS) 2020/221 SRC Executives have produced the receipts for the construction of a single bus terminal which they claim costs Ghc63,000.
The SRC executives claim to have spent Ghc45,160,62 on the construction of a single bus terminal which is similar to an all-metal canopy which wouldn’t cost more than 400 cedis.
The receipt also states that a whooping Ghc18,014.85 was spent on the production and installation of a single steel bench which is quite unheard off.
Ghanaians who can’t believe their eyes have called on the school’s authorities to probe the SRC executives because the price because clearly, the amounts on the receipt have been inflated.
Sigh ! These are the same people who call for the head of our politicians anytime a corruption scandal pops up.
So none amongst the executives was wise enough to prompt them that although they are thieves.
But they should steal with caution so as not to create room for suspicion.
