SRC board of the University of Ghana petitions for online examinations

The Students Representative Council board of the University of Ghana, Legon has petitioned the authorities of the school to conduct online examinations instead of the usual process.

According to the SRC panel, their concerns were triggered because of the uprise of Covid-19 in the country.

“The leadership of the SRC further employs your office to review the decision to conduct the first semester of the first track of students (100 and 400) on-site. This is because of the current wave of the pandemic in Ghana and across the globe,” .

To ensure transparency and credibility should their request for an online examination be granted, the SRC humbly entreated the school authorities to put in place proper measures to safeguard the credibility of the exercise.
