“Nurses were watching Facebook videos while someone was dying’ – Popular Ghanaian journalist shares her experience at Ridge Hospital
Ridge Hospital, one of the ultramodern health centres in Ghana’s capital is now becoming the ultramodern centre for death as people share their bitter experiences with the hospital.
Ridge Hospital has come under heavy criticism due to how some health personnels handle patients who troop in to seek health care.
The hospital is currently trending on Twitter as netizens share their sad experiences.
Popular Ghanaian sports journalist, Juliet Bawuah has joined the train on Twitter as she recounted how some nurses were unbothered while someone was about to lose his life.
‘Sharing a few details on the micro-blogging platform, Juliet Bawuah revealed some nurses at the emergency unit of the hospital were watching Facebook videos.
She wrote; “I had a very terrible experience at the emergency unit of the Ridge Hospital last year. Someone is about losing a life and nurses were unbothered. Some were watching Facebook videos.”
