All I did was ‘pushups and sit-ups’ to knock-out Conor McGregor – Floyd Mayweather reveals

Billionaire boxer and WBO champion Floyd Mayweather has said that there wasn’t much he did in his preparation to fight Irish UFC champion, Conor McGregor.

According to the retired boxer, he did not train like he always does, but just mere push-ups were good enough for him to face McGregor.

‘All I did was do pushups and situps. That’s all I did. Pushups and situps, box a few times, hit the bag a few times. Because, actually, the training camp was in different places.’

I would do a training camp in Vegas a few days. Sometimes I wouldn’t go to the gym for a week.

‘I took it seriously. Like I said before, I wanted to have some fun in the fight. I wanted to entertain people.’ He said this in an interview with Drink Champs.
