Africa’s undisputed rap heavyweight champion, Sarkodie, has achieved a new feat with his spanking new album dubbed “No Pressure” which was already expected to cross boundaries prior to its rerelease.
Fanatics of the rap idol and music gem trended the hashtag #Nopressure on the internet for close to a month before its sensational premiere.
The 16-track album features South Africa’s Cassper Nyovest, Tanzanian singer Harmonize, American rapper Wale, UK rapper Giggs, MOG and a few others.
Succeding the album’s official release yesterday, the internet has since been flooded with favourite tracks on the album by music lovers who have blessed their ears with the masterpiece.
The “No Pressure” album by the rap maestro has raised the bar in the local music industry by peaking at No.5 on USA iTunes just this morning, a superb achievement that is yet to be attained by any of our indigenous acts.
