The Criminal Investigations Department of the Ghana Police Service has given updates of the NAM 1 saga.
According to the Police, though Nana Appiah Mensah has been granted bail, he is still in Dubai Police custody.
The head of CID, DCOP Tiwaa Addo-Danquah revealed this to the media at the Police Press Briefing.
The lawyers of Nana Appiah Mensah managed to get him a bail on the 25th of March 2019 according to the CID.
The MenzGold CEO was rearrested again when the Interpol signaled the Dubai Police to keep him in custody till the case is settled.
Speaking to the media, DCOP Tiwaa Addo-Danquah said the Ghana Police can only get NAM1 back here when he is done with his court case in Dubai.
