Ghanaian media personality Blessed Godsbrain Smart popularly known as Captain Smart has finally come out to address a video of him circulating on social media.
Captain Smart who is known for his aggressive and outspoken nature was seen in a video going viral asking for the people of Obuasi to invade an abandoned gold site that belonged to Anglogold Ashanti.
The video which has garnered over thousands of views has led to many people pointing hands at the journalist for being the brain behind the recent attack that led to the killing of seven illegal miners.
Captain Smart reacting to the allegations revealed that the video is an old show which he did many years and not as speculated by people that he did this in 2025.
According to him, there are prominent MP’s from the NPP who are the brains behind most of the issues going on .
Captain Smart further revealed that he is in no way in support of violence and only charged the youth then to fight for their survival and nothing else.
