Ghanaian award-winning songstress, Becca, has rubbished claims that she joined Zylofon Music because of the money, reportedly, involved in her contract.
Becca on June 2, 2017, singed a three-year promotion and management deal with the record label.
Becca was given a lucrative deal when she was signed onto Zylofon Music, apparently, many thought she agreed to the deal because of the money involved among other benefits.
It became a public topic when the songstress left the label during it crucial moments – when Nam1 was being chased by Menzgold customers.
However, She has reacted to claims by critics that she is some kind of gold-digger.
“I had enough cash before I signed on to Zylofon,” she said on Cosmopolitan Mix on Joy FM Tuesday.
She explained that she had made a lot of money from music before she joined the label adding she is from a well-to-do home no such claims are frivolous.
“Even before I joined Zylofon I was driving whatever car I wanted to drive, travel to everywhere I want to…eat whatever food I wanted,” Gossips24.com captured.
It is on record that the singer after her deal with Zylofon Music later opened a body and health treatment centre, Kora, at East Legon near the A&C Shopping Mall in May last year.
