A very wicked father has been arrested in Accra Newtown after he was reported to have burnt his own daughter with a hot iron and water after claiming that she had stolen his 5 Ghana cedis.
According to reports, On the 22nd of September, 2021the man who realized that his money was missing called his daughter to ask her about it but she denied having any knowledge about the whereabouts of the money.
The father who was angered by the words of her daughter who claimed not to have taken the money picked a heated iron, used it on her, and beat her to a pulp.
To top it up the man placed water on fire after which he poured on his own daughter.
Memuna Isaah who happens to be the mother of the girl reported the man to the police who arrested him and proceeded him to court.
AT court, the man pleaded not guilty to the act and was granted a bail of GH¢80,000 bail with 3 sureties, 2 to be justified which he is yet to provide so he gets released.
