Actor Majid Michel Flies Out Of Ghana To Undergo Throat Surgery

Ghanaian actor turned Pastor, Majid Michel has reportedly been flown out of Ghana to undergo throat surgery after all efforts to battle it in Ghana failed.

A few years ago, Majid Michel in an interview on Peace FM’s ‘Entertainment Review’ show revealed that he had a problem with his throat which made it difficult for him to talk.

Here is what Majid said in his interview on Peace FM;

“I don’t know what is wrong with my voice. I have checked at Korle-bu and 37 Military hospitals and they all said there is nothing wrong with my voice. They have checked my throat and everything is perfect,

“Over two years ago, I was travelling and then suddenly my voice started breaking and it’s been like this for over two years now

He however stated that he is able to speak well when given a microphone with loud speakers.

“It’s funny if I have a microphone with speakers it comes and if am giving a public talk or giving a public speech but speaking to you like this or on telephone, it is worse. You won’t hear me when you call me on phone so you have to text,” he indicated.

The actor who is now a man of God has been preaching the word of God for some time now and as usual, the majority of Ghanaians labelled him a smart actor looking at how he intelligently switched from acting to do God’s work in the wake of the collapse of the Ghanaian movie industry.

We will follow and keep you posted on any event that pops up, but in the meantime we will all wish Majid a successful surgery.
