According to Ursula Owusu, all visitors to Ghana can now acquire SIMS with their passports, and I encourage the Airport Authority to work with MNOs to provide adequate venues for the acquisition of SIMS at the airport.
As indicated earlier, these will be valid for 3 months, and if they want to use them for a longer period, they must acquire a non-citizen ID card to validate their SIMs. MNOS must provision their systems to send notifications to this category of SIMs.
However, Ghanaian winger Christaian Astu did not know and wanted to know if he could register his sim with his ID through Twitter, but it seems his buddy, Mubarak Wakaso, has been waiting for this day for a long time as he threw him a big savage reply.
Mubarak Wakaso replied to Christian Atsu’s post saying he can register his sim with a bible but not a passport. This isn’t the first time the two have trashed each other on social media; they do it all the time, so there’s nothing to take personally.
