Ghanaian versatile and multi-award-winning rapper; Born Solomon Adu Antwi but affectionately called Yaa Pono in the entertainment industry has rubbished claims by critics which suggests that his stage name YAA PONO has affected his brand and personality, Gossips24.com reports.
According to Yaa Pono, his stage name has not had any negative impact on his personality or his music career as purported by naysayers. As emphatically stated by the Tema -based rapper;
The craft names of music artists do not affect their nature or careers because all what the fans want is good music and not good names.
Yaa Pono additionally tagged music lovers who have been criticizing his weird stage name for been absurd as haters. Because MY BET Ghana has signed him as their brand ambassador irrespective of the PONO he has as part of his professional name.
The “Obiaa wone master” made these submissions during an interview on GBC Radio Central yesterday.
