Ghanaian actress Martha Ankomah has come out to speak about the rate at which Ghanaian actresses and actors act in Nigerian movies instead of Ghanaian movies.
According to Martha Ankomah, Ghanaian directors are very stingy with their monies and refuse to pay actors and actresses the right money that they deserve.
Speaking during an interview with Abieku Santana on Okay Fm she revealed that Ghanaian film directors try to cheat their actors and actresses in the movie industry.
Martha revealed that the stingy nature of directors in Ghana is the reason why most of them result to the Nigerian scene because they pay much more.
Nigerian film producers pay well because they believe they will make a profit from the movie. When they offer us roles, they pay us better, and it wasn’t bad. People work because of profit, and when there’s profit, it motivates you to work well,”
