Plus-sized Ghanaian songstress Sister Afia has cried out over not being nominated at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) even though she makes her submission to the board.
In a conversation she granted on Happy FM over the weekend, the ‘jeje’ hitmaker exclaimed about how she feels relegated from the VGMAs since she joined the scheme four years ago.
“I have filed for awards at the VGMA before. But for the past four years, I have never been nominated for the VGMA awards”. Sista Afia disclosed.
Sister Afia strongly asserted that she hopes to get a nomination and possibly win her first-ever award because her management has sent her works for consideration for the 2020 edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Award.
