A piece of very sad news coming in has revealed that two police officers have died after their vehicle had an accident on the Walewale-Bolgatanga road.
According to the report coming in the police officers were chasing some criminals when the unfortunate incident took place leaving two of them dead whiles three sustained serious injuries.
According to a police report, three other officers aboard the vehicle, Constables Akanvariwen Daniel, Ezekiel Quarshie Tawiah, and Iddrisu Gafaru, were said to have sustained serious injuries and were immediately rushed to the WaleWale hospital where they are receiving medical care.
The two deceased officers Chief Inspector James Akakose Aroma and Corporal Nii Osekle Charles were said to have died on the spot and have been deposited at the mortuary.
