The Ghana police service has reported that they have been able to arrest one Godstrong Tettey who has been alleged to be an armed robber who has been engaged in many crimes.
The police were said to have caught him today, 20th October 2021 at Adieso in the eastern region with lots of ammunition at his disposal when he was arrested.
According to reports by the police, Godstrong has been on their wanted list for a while now after his video came out which showed him brandishing a pistol on social media.
Godstrong was said to have been arrested after they received a tipoff about his whereabouts which led to them retrieving some items which include two pump action guns, one locally manufactured pistol, and one new foreign-manufactured pistol.
The police have been said to have launched a Police Administrations’ resolve to weed out criminals from our society as they have stated that such intelligence-led preventive policing and strategic operations will continue to curb about crimes in the country.
