The parliament house or the legislature is a body that is assigned by the power of a countries constitution, to pass laws needed for the administration of the country. These members of parliament therefore are the first pace setters when it comes to being law-abiding.
However, this has not been the case for a very long time. Parliamentarians themseleves engage in lawless activities in and outside the chambers of the parliament house.
A clear example is what happened in the parliament house of Ghana during the inauguration of the President and election of the new speaker of parliament. One may say that this kind of sheer indiscipline can only happen in Ghana or Africa.
The forestatement is very much untrue since parliamentarians of some of the most dignified and richest countries have also engaged in such voilent sprouts.
