The President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo is currently addressing the nation on the measures Government has put in place to combat the deadly coronavirus pandemic.
According to the president, all public and private basic schools, junior high schools, senior high schools, and tertiary institutes will be closed from 16th March 2020 until further notice.
Some university students couldn’t hide their joy after Nana Addo announced the closure of schools.
Just after the announcement, videos popped up on the internet which captured students of the University of Cape Coast and the University of Education, Winneba jubilating and celebrating the liberation.
