A Nigerian teacher in Rivers state has been called out for brutalizing a student after she failed to submit assignment.
The news and photos of the incident was shared by a Twitter user, @empresswodi.
The incident reportedly happened in Emohua area of Rivers state. The teacher was said to have given the student N100 after the flogging.
“Somewhere in Emohua, Rivers State… Because a student fails to submit Agricultural Science assignment. Teacher inflict injury on her all in the name of discipline
Her parent should be reporting the matter to the school authority by tomorrow,” she tweeted.
