Ghanaians have seen the best out of two of the country’s finest rappers and Dr Pounds is set to bring out the baddest from these two if our guesses are right.
The weekend has been an interesting one as both Medikal and Strongman exchange lyrical shots at a distance.
It all begun when Medikal set the internet on fire for saying he saved the dying rap music in Ghana which started the whole lyrical fracas. After he got criticized by pundits and artists especially Strongman for his presumably reckless comment, he released ‘To Whom it May Concern’ on Friday.
Strongman replied with ‘Don’t Try’ after which Medikal returned with the ‘Last Burial.’ But Strongman came back with ‘Immortal’ on Sunday morning to finally send Medikal packing.
Well, Radio personality and one of Ghana’s finest DJ, Dr Pounds is calling on investors to support him organize a mega concert which would have both Strongman and Medikal on; a move that will generate income and move Ghana forward.
He took to his Instagram page to announce that it’s time the two artists are put on the same platform so as we decide who wins in a fierce battle.
Right after the call, Dr Pounds shared posts of himself and the two artists – Medikal and Strongman.
