Nigerian Nobel Laureate – Professor Wole Soyinka has angrily accused the Nigeran government of kidnapping the IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu last week.
According to the academician, the manner and way in which the Nigerian government arrested Nnamdi Kanu is beyond reasoning and highly disgraceful.
Recall that the minister in charge of Justice, Hon. Abubakar Malami announced on the 30th of June 2021 that Nnamdi Kanu has been expatriated back to Nigeria.
Well, during an exclusive interview with BBC Pidgin, Prof. Soyinka bastardized the Nigerian government for infringing on the human rights of Nnamdi Kanu.
In other news, UK High Commissioner to Nigeria – Dean Hurlock has revealed that the UK is aware of reports that allege that the Nigerian government has illegally detained Nnamdi Kanu and to set the records straight, the IPOB leader was not arrested in the UK.
