A thief has almost lost his life after he was caught after he stole an iPhone and used his picture as the WhatsApp image without thinking about the consequences.
An Instagram user whose name was identified as Lemonademouth revealed that his cousin had his phone been told by the thief who mistakenly used his own image as the DP which led to him been tracked and found.
According to reports by the man the thief was immediately covered with trees as they readied to set him on fire for stealing the iPhone.
Taking to social media to share the incident he wrote saying; “This guy stole my cuz iPhone. His luck ran out when he decided to put his picture on the owner’s WhatsApp DP… no be juju be that??? who da fuck does that!!! 😱😱😱”,
