News reaching Gossips24.com indicates that WBO, boxer Patrick Allotey has been arrested by the Police after knocking out a spectator at the Accra Sports stadium.
Patrick Allotey on Sunday assaulted a Kotoko fan who was jubilating when his team scored the first goal.
Patrick got infuriated and gave him some punches on grounds that, the Kotoko fan was blocking his view.
This punches from Patrick gave the victim identified as Siaw a cut on the left side of his eye. Patrick Allotey has since been in hiding after the incident.
An eyewitness disclosed to Ghanacrusader.com: “He [Patrick Allotey] is in the police custody as at this yesterday afternoon, He was with the Regional Crime Officer in Accra.
“He has been referred to the Regional police headquarters in Accra for interrogation”.
