Oyintari Ajanami, the owner of a prominent nightclub in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State’s capital, has been kidnapped by gunmen suspected of being kidnappers.
Ajanami, 43, the owner of 64 Lifestyle was allegedly kidnapped from his construction site on Otiotio Road at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 28 when he went to pay workers.
It has also been learnt that a native of Ayamasa town in the State’s Ekeremor Local Government Area recently celebrated his birthday in style.
Asinim Butwat, a spokesman for the State Police Command, confirmed the incident and said police agents are on the lookout for the kidnappers.
“On 28 July 2021 at about 2100 hours, three armed men kidnapped one Oyintari Ajanani ‘m ‘ 43 years at Otiotio, Yenagoa. All operatives have been alerted and are on the trail of the suspects,” he said.
