The Musicians Union of Ghana has also condemned the shameful and irresponsible behavior of Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy at the just ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
In a statement signed by the MUSIGA president Bice Osei Kuffour, the Musicians Union urged the law enforcement agencies to bring the two parties to book for causing fear and panic at the event.
They also condemned the provocative act of Shatta Wale and his fans which led to the whole confusion and halt of the program.
In the statement, Stonebwoy was also blasted for pulling out his gun in public and on live TV.
“We Condemn the provocative act of Shatta Wale and fans for aggressively storming the stage whiles Stonebwoy was receiving his award and the equally unmeasured response by Stonebwoy for brandishing the gun. ” Part of the statement read.
MUSIGA also apologized on behalf of the music industry and music lovers to the general public and patrons for the unprofessional behavior their members exhibited.
