Hon. Oppong Nkrumah has lambasted Ghanaians for failing to pay caution to the Corona Virus prevention measures.
The minister referred to Ghanaians as ”reckless” people in a speech during a press conference in Accra.
The minister urged Ghanaians to maintain the discipline of wearing masks and washing of hands as well as the use of alcohol-based sanitizers.
His speech and choice of words are contradictory because the major political parties refused to adhere to the safety protocols themselves during the 2020 campaign.
