Legon SRC Elections Ends Bloody As Commonwealth Boys Clash Mensah Sarbah Boys

The SRC election which took place at the University of Ghana Legon has been said to have ended on a very bloody note after the boys at the commonwealth hall were said to have engaged in a very heated fight with the guys from the Mensah Sarbah hall.

According to reports just after the election had ended and the electoral commission was about to pronounce the winner of the election a protest was said to have erupted between the followers of Samuel Amos Ofosu and Prince Asumadu.

The two supporters of the aspirants were said to have started throwing stones at each other as they insulted themselves

The election was said to have resulted in a runoff after both students contesting for the SRC president were unable to attain the right percentage to be declared winners resulting in the fight between the commonwealth and mensah sarbah hall where the two contestants are affiliated.
