The Takoradi lady who reportedly faked his own kidnapping and pregnancy has been arranged before the court today after she confessed to lying about her pregnancy as well as her kidnapping.
It can be recalled that the woman Josephine payin Mensah was reported missing by his husband Micheal Simmons after she didn’t return from a dawn jogging which led to the police issue a search for the woman who later was found in Axim.
According to reports, the woman on Friday confessed to the already made claims of her lying about her pregnancy and kidnapping as she stated that she did all that so her husband could continue showering her with care.
Mrs. Jsoephine who now has five lawyers, working pro bono, in her first appearance in court, pleaded not guilty to charges of putting fear and panic in the public and deceiving public officials after which she was granted a bail of GH¢50,000 with two surities.
