The Takoradi woman whose issue has gone viral after she was reported missing but got found some days after in Axim has finally opened up on her pregnancy.
According to the lady whose name was identified as Josephine Payin Mensah she faked her pregnancy so she could be treated well by his own husband.
Josephine Panyin Mensah is on record telling the investigating team that she became pregnant for four months but lost the pregnancy.
She however revealed that her mother was a part of the plan for her to pretend to be pregnant t so she can make her husband show her more affection and love.
Josephine who has gained a lot of attention further added that she was very afraid to tell his husband after the baby got spoilt in her womb sp she pretended to be pregnant so his husband doesn’t get angry.
Speaking about the kidnapping she also revealed that she faked the whole kidnapping after the nine months passed so she can be able to use that as an excuse to say her pregnancy was spoilt during the kidnapping but unfortunately had the issue becoming a national topic.
According to her, she went into hiding at Agona Nkwanta after the kidnapping issue came up.
Currently, she has been arrested and detained by the police after been released from the Effia-Nkwanta Hospital on Friday afternoon.
