I know What NDC must do To Capture Power -Elvis Ankrah Says As He Eyes General Secretary Position

The Director for Elections, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah of the strongest opposition, NDC, says he knows what NDC must do to Capture power in 2024.

The former Youth and Sports Minister, believes the NDC has to capture political legitimacy in the 2024 general elections and to do that the party’s Secretary must be a pivotal driver.

His comment comes after why he wants to be the party’s General Secretary
He further indicated that he has a clear understanding of what the NDC should do and also has the capacity to work with everybody.

Information available to Gossips24.com suggest that Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, the current General Secretary may not contest for the position again, as he also intend to join the Chairmanships race of the NDC come November 2022.

Meanwhile Fomer Ketu South member of Parliament, Fiifi Kwetey is set to join the party secretary portfolio. He however said because of the good job done by Mr. Johnson if he want to remain then he will decline his intent.



“But I have indicated at several places that if the current General Secretary does not run again, I will, definitely, be announcing my candidature when the time is due”, he said on Citi TV‘s Face to Face.
