I Was paid 500gh For Bestpoint “Aponkyeniti”Advert- Psalm Adjeteyfio

Ghanaian veteran actor Psalm Adjeteyfio has been in the news lately after he came out to plead for support to pay his rent which got met by many who stormed his house to lend a helping hand including the vice president Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia.

The actor has in a recent interview spoken about his advert for Best point savings and loans which went viral for the phrase “aponkyeniti, Otwiniti ni ti,”

Speaking during an interview with Step1 he revealed that at a point in his life he was soo broke that he called a friend known as Loius to see if there was any movie role he could play for money but Loius told him that all they had was a commercial and he would be paid 300 when done.

Psalm added that tho the money was small he decided to do it because the boss of BestPoint promised to add something small to the money when he was done shooting the commercial.

According to him, there was no script for the shoot so he had to think of something that could sell and what came in mind was the “aponkyeniti, Otwiniti ni ti,” which blew the advert and got people talking about it.
