Dancehall artist, Shatta Wale was the guest of Paul Adom Otchere on Metro TV’s Good Evening Ghana last night where he answered series of questions pertaining to him and the music industry as a whole.
Shatta Wale was asked why he failed to congratulate Sarkodie when he did Ghana proud by winning the Best International Flow at the 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards held in the US last weekend.
Shatta replied bluntly by insisting that he found it unnecessary to congratulate his former friend because the two of them are not on talking terms currently so he won’t behave like a hypocrite and put that aside to congratulate him.
He said the beef he has with Sarkodie has to be solved before he can ‘flow’ with him on occasions like this.
He also jabbed Sarkodie subtly by saying he’s not obsessed with awards like the rapper does. Watch the video below:
