Sarkodie Wins 2019 BET Best International Flow Award

Award-winning multi-talented Ghanaian rapper, Michael Owusu Addo, popularly known as Sarkodie has won the 2019 BET Best Inernational Flow Award.

Sarkodie becomes the first ever artiste to have won in the newly created Best International Flow Category at the award night which came off in Atlanta, Georgia.

The rapper battled it out with the likes of Nigerian rapper; Falz the Bad Guy, Ghetts from the United Kingdom, Kalash from France, Female rapper; Little Simz from the UK, South African hip pop prodigy; Nasty C, and Tory Lanez of Canada.

Sarkodie speaking at the 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards, which was held at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, said, “I just want to say thank you to the Almighty God. To family, this one is for my lil girl Titi…Couple Of years back I started, and shout out to Akon. I think Africa has always had it and it is about that time. This year is the Year of Return and I will urge each and every one of you here to take a trip back home.”
