I always knew NAM1 was innocent – Deputy Attorney General

Mr. Joseph Dindiok Kpemka, the Deputy Attorney General of Ghana has spoken about the release of Nana Appiah Mensah from Dubai Jail following his arrest for fraud in early December 2018.

According to the Deputy Attorney General of Ghana, he always knew Nana Appiah Mensah was innocent of the charges filed against him by Royal Horizon, the gold dealership company in Dubai and he knew he will be set free soon.

Mr. Joseph Dindiok Kpemka speaking with Blakk Rasta on the “Taxi Driver” show on Zylofon FM revealed he was shocked when he found out the charges brought against the CEO of Menzgold in Dubai and he predicted a quick closure of the case whenever a judge sits on the case for NAM1 to return to Ghana soon.

The Deputy Attorney General of Ghana, Mr. Joseph Dindiok Kpemka was the person who led a high powered delegation to Dubai when news of his arrest broke. They were sent by the government of Ghana on a fact-finding mission and also if possible extradite NAM1 to Ghana to face charges of fraud.

Other members of the delegation were a representative from the Economic Organised Crime Office (EOCO), the Bureau of National Investigation (BNI) and National Security.
