Hard work doesn’t guarantee success – Delay opines

As I’ve always said, hardwork doesn’t mean working at 4:am, running after the bus and reporting to work early. Hard work deals with critical deep thinking – And thinking is the hardest thing to do reason many people are poor. Hours spent has nothing to do with work done.

Delay appears to have the same notion as me citing from her comments about hardwork and success.

In line with Ghana’s version of Oprah Winfrey, the fact that African women work hard but are still not wealthy says a lot about how ‘hard work’ is useless sometimes.

According to her, a lot of African have been psyched to believe that hard work breaks the chains of financial stability.

She attached the message below to picture she shared on her IG page;

If wealth was the inevitable result of hard work and enterprise, every woman in Africa would be a millionaire
