Gov’t hints on reviewing its success in the fight against COVID-19 tomorrow

 The government of Ghana has hinted through the ministry of information that the successes attained in the management of the COVID-19 pandemic will be discussed at the next edition of the Nation Building Updates (NBU) scheduled in Accra on Tuesday 20th October 2020.

The Nation Building Updates is a weekly event initiated by the Ministry of Information to provide stakeholders in Ghana’s democracy with detailed updates on key interventions executed by Government.

Tomorrow’s edition which has been themed  “protecting lives and livelihoods in the midst of crisis” will feature members of the government COVID-19 Response Team who will use the platform to review the progress they have made in fighting the pandemic after Ghana recorded her first case in March 2020.

 

At the moment, Ghana’s covid 19 active cases have reduced drastically thus 398, with 46,664 recoveries and 310 deaths.
