Nigeria’s vice president Osinbajo tests negative to coronavirus

Vice President of Nigeria, Yemi Osinbajo who went into self-isolation after President Buhari’s Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari tested positive for coronavirus, has tested negative to the virus.

Special Adviser to President Buhari on Political Matters, Babafemi Ojudu on Wednesday, March 25, confirmed in a social media post that Osinbajo tested negative after a medical test was carried out.

Meanwhile, Nigeria’s president, Muhammadu Buhari has reportedly isolated himself after exhibiting symptoms of deadly coronavirus.

According to reports, Buhari has been coughing persistently since Tuesday evening and the Presidential Intensive Care Unit has been activated and placed on standby.
