VRMG Boss, Edem has gotten emotional over his recent song, ‘Toto’ which has become a massive hit despite being ‘blacklisted’ by the media for being profane.
‘Toto’ is a Ga word for a woman’s v*gina and it was thought the song is not radio friendly for the youth, hence the ban albeit not being official.
Interestingly, the same media and youth have embraced it and now it’s a massive hit throughout the country looking at the response and feedback when the song is played.
Edem took to his Facebook page to express his emotions about the song. He wrote:
“RADIO NEVER PLAYED THIS SONG COS THEY CLAIM ITS PROFANE…TV DIDNT PLAY IT EITHER…WELL F$@K EM..THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN….#GBEVUNATION#VRMG#GOGETEM“
