Empress Gifty Copies Shatta Wale As She Opens Fire On Nigerian Gospel Musicians (+Video)

Ghanaian controversial gospel singer, Gifty Adorye Hopeson popularly Empress Gifty has launched a fresh attack on Nigerian gospel musicians.

Recall, during the Freedom Concert held by Shatta Wale and Medikal at the Accra Sports Stadium around the festive season in December, the Ayoo crooner descended heavily on Nigerian musicians for not reciprocating the same love Ghanaians give to them.

This became a heated argument for over two weeks. It erupted a beef between Shatta Wale and Nigerians including Burna Boy and others.

Well, when we thought it was all over, Empress Gifty has resurrected the discussion once again, but this time she took on the gospel musicians in Nigeria.

According to her, Nigerian gospel musicians don’t appreciate the love Ghanaian gospel singer give them.

She noted that she can’t recall the last time a Ghanaian gospel musician went to Nigeria to host a music tour or concert like they sometimes do in Ghana.

In a self-recorded video sighted by Gossip24.com on Sammaykay blog, Empress Gifty said sometimes when they come to Ghana for a programme they refuse to take photos with Ghanaian gospel musicians.

She claimed Ghanaian gospel musicians will toil to promote the programme on radio, TV, posters and social media but the Nigerians will do nothing.
