Voting process in the Volta Region of Ghana has been halted by heavy rains.
This has led to a low turnout and eventually halting the process.
Meanwhile, voting is still on going at other various polling stations or centers.
Several unhealthy cases have been recorded polling stations like Kasoa, Awutu-Senya, Fomena and among others.
