“Women Don’t Take Photos Because They Are Looking For Husbands” – Efia Odo attacks Guru
Ghanaian screen goddess Efia Odo has come to the defense of voiceless ladies who were unable to reply Ghanaian rapper, Guru over his recent comments on how ladies fantasise photoshoots of late.
According to Guru in what seemed like a subtle jab to single celebrities, instead of ladies going to the studio to have pictures that would make them look nice with the mindset of attracting men, they should rather use those monies to start a business.
In a tweet reported on by Gossips24.com earlier he wrote;
“Studio pictures won’t bring u husband, save ur money and start pop corn business, dey will come and buy“
However, Efia Odo in a low-key response said if a Lady Dresses Good or Does Photoshoots, it doesn’t mean she’s looking for a Husband. She added that maybe she just wanna look good for herself.
She also took to her twitter handle to write;
“Seems like in this part of the world, a women should only aspire to be a wife, that’s sad. If someone dresses good or does photoshoots it doesn’t mean she’s looking for her husband. Maybe she wanna look good for herself and not necessarily be looking for the attention of a man“
