Ghanaian Dancehall act Charles Nii Armah Mensah popularly known as Shatta Wale has been tagged as a fugitive by the media giants BBC.

The website which is into news content writing about the fake stunt as well as the arrest of the star describes him as a fugitive.

Well, A fugitive can be said to be a person who has escaped from captivity or is in hiding and that was exactly what the “Borjor” Hitmaker did.
