Retained member of parliament for Ayawaso West Wugoun constituency who engaged in a knife-edged encounter with John Dumelo, Mama Lydia, has grabbed a top position in the 8th parliament under Akufo Addo’s second tenure in the office of the presidency.
The female NPP lead-member has been named as the Deputy Majority Whip of the legislative assembly.
Maa Lydia will be serving as deputy together with Hon. Iddrisu Habib who is the (MP, Tolon constituency, Northern Region).
The will bot be under the command of Hon. Frank Annoh-Dompreh (MP, Nsawam-Adoagyire constituency, Eastern Region) who has been chosen as the Majority Chief Whip.
