Ghanaian female referee, Faizatu Jakpa is reported to have been physically abused by a player of Fabulous Ladies whiles officiating a match in the Ghana women’s league.
According to sources, a misunderstanding ensued between players of Fabulous ladies and Kumasi Sports Academy and during the peacemaking session.
Whiles the footballers were gravely angry, a heavy blow from one of the players landed on her forehead.
Reports also have it that the abuser is a player if of Fabulous Ladies. Investigations are currently ongoing to fish out the culprit of this crime.
