American rapper Lil Wayne has thanked the former president of America, Donald Trump for granting him clemency during the last days of his power.
Lil Wayne was charged sometime last year for illegally possessing firearms and guns and faced up to 10 years of a jail sentence.
Donald Trump however freed the American rapper from all charges along with another rapper identified as Kodad Black.
According to Lil Wayne in his latest tweeter post, Donald Trump believed in him and gave him a second chance therefore he is highly appreciative.
