Former Manchester City left-back Aleksandar Kolarov has tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
He joins a tall list of footballers whose test results came out as positive across the world.
Inter Milan, his current club in a statement said ¨FC Internazionale Milano announces that Aleksandar Kolarov tested positive for the swab carried out yesterday after returning from the call with his national team. The player, completely asymptomatic, will now follow the procedures provided for by the health protocol.”
The 35 years old Serbian has since gone into isolation together with teammates Marcelo Brozovic and Daniele Padelli.
