Wontumi Communications, Ohene Kissi and Madam Akua Donkor have all been sued for defamation; Succeeding their infamous tag on former president John Mahama as the Papa No on live radio with no evidence to back their claims, Gossisp24.com reports.
Gossips24.com has already reported that Madam Akua Donkor during an interview with Kumasi based radio station, SILVER FM, courageously fingered John Mahama as the Papa No Tracey Boakye and Mzbel are fighting over.
Ohene Kissi who also works with Wontumi communications on the other hand also dropped a picture of John Mahama and Mzbel whilst hosting WONTUMI POLITICAL SHOW and labelled John Mahama as the Papa No.
These unjustified claims by the two have triggered Mary Awusi, former NDC parliamentary candidate for Asante AKyem North to drag Maame Akua Donkor and Wontumi Radio/ communications to the Accra High Court for defamation.
Citing from the WRIT of summons, the defendants possess no evidence to the claims they boldly made on live radio which has tarnished the reputation of John Mahama and the NDC political party at large
Madama Akua Donkor, Ohene Kissi and Wontumi communications have all been slapped with GH¢1million fine, a retraction, apology and a cautioned never to make such unjustified assertions ever again.
